- No refunds on services. No refund will be given for any reason or services or products.
- We have the right to refuse any services.
- Please keep in mind that all prices are starting prices and will vary for upgrade: designs, shape rhinestones, etc.
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any services in the salon, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services.
- If you don’t like the color, shape, or design, please let technicians know as soon as they do on the first nail.
- Health issues must be communicated prior to service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Please feel free to let us know if you want specific tech to take care of your nails.
- Anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or not satisfied please contact us. We will be glad to make it right for you.
- There is a 10 minute grace period for being late. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
- No call, no show 2 times in a row, no next appointment.
- Please be careful, the floor is always wet and slippery.
- Please take care of your children. There are a lot of chemicals and tools that are not safe for children.
- Please let us know if you are diabetic, or if you have any issues that make your blood difficult to stop bleeding.
- We do not offer ingrown toenails removal. Please find a Podiatrist.
- If you ask our worker to do so, it is at your own risk.
